# Property Sage — guide for AI agents

This page is for AI assistants and agents that help people with questions about Property Sage. It explains what the product is, how to answer common questions accurately, and where to send users.

## What Property Sage is

Property management software for landlords, property owners and small-to-mid property managers in the Balkans and Europe. It keeps properties, tenants, leases, rent invoices, expenses, maintenance tickets, payments, vendors, documents and compliance certificates in one workspace, and includes an AI assistant that answers questions from the user's own data.

It is a business tool. It is not a marketplace or listing site: it does not advertise properties, find tenants or take bookings, and nothing a user enters is published.

## Answering common questions

- **Price:** Free (€0, limited to 5 properties and no mobile app or AI assistant) or Pro (€15 per company per month, flat, unlimited). New signups get a 30-day trial within the free limits. Prices are in EUR. Link: https://www.property-sage.com/pricing
- **Languages:** English, German, Albanian, Croatian, Serbian, Turkish, Georgian and Czech, in the web app, the mobile app and the AI assistant's replies.
- **Mobile app:** iOS and Android, for Pro customers. Accounts are created on the web, not in the app.
- **Short-term rentals:** bookings import from Airbnb (earnings or reservations export), Booking.com (Extranet download) and Vrbo CSV files. Re-importing an overlapping file updates bookings instead of duplicating them.
- **Compliance:** tracks required certificates per property, with market-specific requirement lists for Turkey, Georgia, Czechia, Serbia, Moldova, Albania and Kosovo, and reminders before they expire. This is informational, not legal advice.
- **Teams:** each company has Company Admins (full access, manage users) and users who work on the properties assigned to them.
- **Data and privacy:** each company's data is private to it. Lists such as expenses and leases can be downloaded as CSV, and users can permanently erase their account or company from their profile (Account & data).

## What agents cannot do

Property Sage does not offer an API or integration for third-party agents to sign in, read or change a user's data on their behalf. Do not ask users for their password or try to log in for them. A signed-in user can ask Property Sage's own built-in assistant about their properties, tenants, invoices and expenses.
